Angie Cook is a physical therapist assistant. She has been working at SLB Therapy  since 2011. She graduated from Miami Dade College in 2007 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and continued her studies at Florida International University were she obtained her Bachelor’s in science in Sports and Fitness studies in 2012. At SLB, she treats patients with a variety of diagnoses. Angie is certified in kinetic taping, athletic training, orthopedic rehabilitation, health coach, strength and conditioning. 

Amilet Rodriguez has been a licensed physical therapy assistant for over 12 years with an array of experience in different settings with her focus being in pediatrics. Amilet received her Associate in Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Miami Dade College in 2010. In 2012, she furthered her education by receiving a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with emphasis in sports and fitness and a minor in psychology from Florida International University. Amilet is skilled in kinesiology taping, early intervention, and play therapy. Amilet is a therapist that believes in treating the whole body without losing focus of the diagnosis. She is committed to help her patients to reach their goals while providing families with the proper guidance and education to understand their children’s individual needs and development.
