Meet The Team
Occupational Therapist
Donald Lopez MOT, OTR/L, MBA, CPhT
After separating from the US Navy, Donald acquired the characteristics necessary to be successful in the real world. Discipline, self-motivation, hard work, loyalty, and serving others are among those characteristics that Donald has applied to his life. Donald has worked in the healthcare industry since 2003 in the pharmacy field at various locations and settings. When he was working in the pharmacy, he was able to pass the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) in 2003. Then, he became licensed in the state of Florida. Furthermore, in 2010 Donald earned a bachelor’s degree followed by a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management in 2012, both from Nova Southeastern University. In 2020, he earned a master’s degree in occupational therapy from St. Augustine University of Health and Sciences. Years of education and experience have allowed him to build upon specific strengths that he has adapted as his core principles. These strengths include strong work ethics, education, professionalism, honesty, and the “Golden Rule” that he has been practicing and applying them on a daily basis. A soft spot for kids and a kid at heart motivates Donald to always give them his undivided attention and his very best. He believes that there is nothing more rewarding than seeing one’s hard work flourish and to watch our patients develop the right skills to become independent as possible and allowing us to improve their quality of life.
