SLB Therapy Inc was founded by Urania Caldera, a Speech and Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, to fill a need in the community for more individualized therapy for children with delayed development. With over 20 years of experience working with children, Urania uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods to modify behaviors, increase language development, and help kids reach developmental milestones. She believes that by creating a positive learning environment and keeping the kids motivated, they will take pride in their accomplishments and work harder to achieve their goals. Urania strongly advocates for a team approach where teachers, therapists, and parents come together so that each child develop to their fullest capacity.
As a leading therapy provider in South Florida, we offer a variety of services focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition, we offer other therapies such as speech and language, occupational, and physical therapy that support the growth and development of individuals.
At SLB Therapy, we work as a multidisciplinary team. This means that we take all disciplines that we offer and use them together as a team for each child. While each discipline works on their specific goals, they collaborate together in caring for the child. Our therapists have a diverse set of skills that can help your child in a variety of ways.
